Gutter Guard Installer
Salary: $12-$18.00

Job Information:
Valor Revolution is now hiring Gutter Installers. The ideal candidate will possess experience with the installation and repairs of gutters, gutter guards, and related accessories for both residential homes and commercial businesses.
The Gutter Installer will manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks. You will provide service and customer support during field visits, build positive relationships with customers and be able to make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
Requirements include:
- Basic math skills necessary to measure usable size and minimize wasted materials.
- Ability to determine work order/supplies necessary for each job based on customer contracts and installation inspection notes.
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Comfortable with heights and working on high ground

Assistant Team Leader / Groundman
Salary: $12-$16.00

We are looking for career-minded technicians who can learn our system and work their way up. You must be energetic, hardworking, reliable, open to learning, and have great customer service skills.
Duties include:
- Assisting your team leader with SoftWash and power washing services.
- Adhere to safe, responsible and compliant safety procedures (sometimes while working at heights.)
- Making sure the truck is neat, clean, and stocked adequately to perform production duties
- Make sure all manuals and SDS sheets as well as spill contingencies and kits are on your truck.
- Complete production without damaging customers property.
- Interact with clients in a professional, courteous and service-minded manner, treating them with dignity, good manners, and respect
***The most important duty of a Groundman is to make sure plants are constantly/continuously being hydrated and taken care of on each customers property/jobsite!

Sales Consultant
Salary: $40-$50,000

Job Information:
Revolution SoftWash Sales Consultants travel to and engage with customers in their homes. While there, you assess the customer’s needs, recommend products/services that fulfill those needs, develop price quotes and present information and financing options to help customers make an informed decision. Sales Consultants earn commissions based on their sales, residual income from returning customers, and are also eligible for a company vehicle.
